It's the latest dessert craze that's sure to be a big hit at the neighborhood kosher deli.

And while the offering is NOT put out by the company that makes popsicles (who clearly have different taste sensibilities) the new "pickle sickle" is slowly seeing its internet business grow, according to the small Texas company that makes them.

They take pride in the fact that their frozen concoction is made from fresh squeezed dill pickles, NOT JUST pickle juice. That would be ridiculous.

What's more, the documented health benefits of pickles, and the spices used in pickling, makes it a nutritious and health oriented dessert that tastes great, won't send your blood sugar soaring and goes nicely with a corned beef sandwich.

Besides, millions of pregnant women can't be wrong.
